1. The service
LW Tracker ("we") reads screenshots of the daily VS ranking from the game Last War: Survival and turns them into a weekly ranking, a dashboard and a player history for your alliance. LW Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Last War: Survival or its makers.
2. Accounts
The person who creates the alliance account (the R5) is responsible for it, for the R4 logins they create and for everything done with them. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. To pay for a plan you must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Free trial
New alliances get 14 days free with everything unlocked and no card required. When the trial ends without a subscription, your data stays saved but you can't send new screenshots until you pick a plan.
4. Plans and payment
Plans (Standard and Premium, monthly or yearly) and their prices are listed on our home page. Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We never see or store your full card details. If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time under Team → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again.
7-day refund: if you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. After that, we don't refund partial periods, unless the service failed on our side or the law requires it.
6. Screenshot quota
Each plan includes a monthly number of screenshots, shared by the whole alliance (R5 and R4s). The quota resets on the 1st of each month and unused screenshots don't roll over.
7. Acceptable use
Only send screenshots from the game. Don't try to access other alliances' data, overload or attack the service, resell it, or automate it in ways it wasn't built for. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Reading by AI
Screenshots are read by artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. That's why every reading goes through a review before it's saved. Decisions you make in your alliance based on the data are your own.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep LW Tracker online and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may have downtime or maintenance. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
10. Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your alliance and its data at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let you know on the site or by email before the change takes effect.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you can use the courts where you live.
