Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LW Tracker collects, why, who helps us run the service and what your rights are, including under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).
What we collect
- Account: the R5's email, R4 usernames and in-game names, and passwords (stored only as a secure hash).
- Alliance: alliance name and server.
- Game data: player names and points read from the VS ranking, and the history built from them. These names are visible to everyone in the game.
- Screenshots: sent only to be read. We don't keep the images after reading.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We only receive the subscription status (plan, period, whether it's paid), never your full card details.
- Technical: IP address, browser, server logs and error reports, used for security and to fix problems.
Why we use it
To run the service you signed up for, charge for plans, answer support requests, keep accounts secure and send service emails (like password resets). We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
Legal bases (LGPD): performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in security and improving the service, and legal obligations (such as tax records).
Who helps us run LW Tracker
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf:
- Railway: hosting and database (United States).
- Anthropic: AI that reads the screenshots. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API isn't used to train its models.
- Stripe: payments.
- Cloudflare: domain and protection against attacks.
- Resend: sending service emails.
- Sentry: error reports, so we can fix bugs.
Some of these providers are outside Brazil, so your data may be transferred internationally, always with providers that offer adequate protection.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we erase your alliance's data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as payment and tax records). Error logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or ask any question about how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. Players who appear in an alliance's ranking can ask the alliance's leader or us to remove their name.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: one to keep you logged in, one to remember your language and one that protects forms against attacks. No tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's payment page uses its own cookies.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes and each alliance can only see its own data.
Children
LW Tracker isn't meant for children under 13. Paid plans must be purchased by an adult.
Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we'll let you know on the site or by email.
